Ex-dividend
Investors may buy stocks which offer a dividend as a profit tool, or which don’t offer this fixed share. An ex-dividend type of stock will not guarantee this fixed profit, but instead will reinvest the profit into the company. Thus, the company will generate profit, and this implicitly means that the profit of the investor also rises.
